Asian Inspired Pizza

Wildtree is having a contest for original recipes using their new Outrageous Orange Sauce, so I combined heads with a friend to put together this simply amazing and flavorful pizza.

Ingredients:

Chicken mixture:
1-2 Tbs Wildtree Garlic Grapeseed Oil
1-2 Tbs Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil (regular flavor)
1 large chicken breast, cut into 1in cubes
1/4c Wildtree Outrageous Orange sauce

Caramelized Onions:
1-2 Tbs Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
1/2 red onion, sliced thinly and about 1 1/2in long
1/2 Tsp brown sugar

Cream Sauce mixture (there will be extra left over; it tastes great on bagels and in wraps):
4oz cream cheese
2 Tbs butter
milk
2-3 Tbs Wildtree Outrageous Orange Sauce (to taste)

Cheese mixture:
1/2c Ricotta cheese
1/2c Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Pizza Dough:
1 Package Wildtree So Quick and Easy Pizza Dough
1 Tbs Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
1/2c warm water

Toppings:
1/2 chopped pineapple (1/4in chunks)
1/2c thinly sliced green cabbage
Carrot (peeled, then use the peeler to slice about 1/4c carrots. NOT packed in the cup, just set loosely in there)

(Grapeseed Oil will be referred to as GSO in the recipe)

Prepare pizza dough according to the directions on the box and let sit on the side while other ingredients are cooked/prepared.
Next heat 1-2tbs Natural GSO in a medium pan over medium heat. Add onion and brown sugar, mix well together, heat on medium for 5 minutes and then reduce heat to low to caramelize the onions. Stir occasionally.

Then heat the 1-2tbs Garlic GSO and the 1-2tbs GSO in a large saucepan. Add chopped chicken breast and cook thoroughly on medium-low heat. Once the chicken is cook all the way through, add the Orange Sauce and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15min on low, stirring occasionally.

In a separate bowl mix the ricotta cheese and the mozzarella cheese and then set aside.
In a small saucepan mix the cream cheese and butter over med-low heat, adding small amounts of milk to help the mixture simmer down. When the mixture reaches the consistency of ketchup, remove from heat. Let cool for a few minutes and then add Orange Sauce to taste. Keep the sauce creamy, and not too flavorful for best results.

Preheat oven to 500 degrees and drop a rack to the lowest level.
Stretch the pizza dough out to about 1/4in thick, which is about a 14" pizza.
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese sauce on top of the pizza dough (will take about 1/4-1/3c sauce).
Spread the cheese mixture on top of the sauce and spread out evenly.
Pour chicken and sauce on top of the cheese mixture and spread out evenly.
Spread caramelized onions out evenly on top of the chicken.
Sprinkle the pineapple out, then the cabbage, and finally the carrot slices.

Bake 12-14 minutes on lowest rack in oven.
